Cliff recently came to my workshop for three days special tuition especially to make these side tables. As you can see they were made to match an existing dining table. They are in oak with iroko tops and drawer fronts. The photograph does not really show the slight tape on the outside edges of the legs, they are narrower at the top than the bottom, so forming thee grooves in the faces was more tricky than it looks. Also creating the wide chamfer under the tops  on the saw table had some exciting “don’t do this at home” moments. Cliff finished the dovetailing at home, reporting that it was tricky, they look fine from here Cliff!
