Curve top box (Furniture and Cabinet Maker no. 139)

This article also appeared in Atellier Bois, the French woodworking magazine. Chris  has made a number of these boxes in varying woods with different interior configurations. He recently completed a jewellery box to this pattern in burr walnut with English walnut case and a ripple sycamore tray with suede linings.
